Design and Content: The legal and copyright responsibility for all materials (files, designs, text) provided by the customer for printing remains solely with the customer. We are merely providing a printing service.
Color Matching: We use industry-standard printing processes; however, there may be a slight difference between the colors displayed on a screen (RGB/Digital) and the final printed material (CMYK/Physical). This is a normal aspect of the printing industry and will not be considered a defect.
Digital Files: The quality of the final print is entirely dependent on the quality of the file provided by the customer (Resolution, DPI, File Format). Namaste Kalahandi Prints will not be responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files.
Delivery Timelines: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as machine malfunction, courier delays) may alter estimated delivery times.
